Mohammed Hardi Tuferi, the Member of Parliament for Nanton, is said to have been involved in an accident just before a crucial vote on the government’s revenue bills, which are currently being debated in Parliament.

The MP, a member of the Majority Caucus, was taken to Parliament in an ambulance to report to the House leadership and then taken to the hospital.
