Sarah Arhinful Emerges Overall Best Graduating Student from UEW’s Ewe Department with Perfect 4.0 GPA
The University of Education, Winneba (UEW) has successfully held its 27th Congregation to award deserving students who have successfully completed their studies. The graduation ceremony, which began two days ago, culminated in a special event today as the overall best student graduated.
Sarah Arhinful, a student from the Ewe department of Ajumako in the Faculty of Ghanaian Languages, emerged as the best student with an impressive Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 4.0. Her exceptional academic performance has earned her a well-deserved spot in the history books of UEW’s distinguished students.
During the graduation ceremony, the Vice-Chancellor of UEW, praised Sarah for her hard work, dedication, and academic excellence, stating that her achievements serve as an inspiration to other students.
In recognition of her outstanding achievement, Sarah was awarded a cash prize of GHS 1,000 by the university’s cooperative credit union. Other benefits are also expected to be reviewed and awarded to her.
Expressing her gratitude to the university, Sarah thanked her lecturers and the entire UEW community for their support and guidance throughout her academic journey. She also encouraged her fellow graduates to continue striving for excellence in all their future endeavors.
