A candidate may purchase an electronic voucher from any of the merchants on the list below. Indicate your preference for an undergraduate or graduate program with empathy.
Use the form on the right side to log in by entering your voucher serial number and PIN.
Select the type of entry you want to make (post-WASSCE/SSCE, post-diploma, mature, etc.). Click submit to start the application.
Fill out the application with your details, and affix a passport photo. The applicant’s passport photo must be in a file with a maximum file size of 100KB and be one of the following types:.jpg,.jpeg,.png, or.gif. Make sure your identity is obvious in the photo you post.
By choosing SAVE AND CONTINUE LATER, you can save your application for later revision.
When you select SUBMIT AND PRINT to send the form, a reference number will be produced and delivered to the phone number you provided. Make sure all the information is correct before sending the form. After being submitted, the form cannot be changed.
Print a copy of your application and keep it on hand.
Please be aware that only qualified candidates will be admitted. So, after submitting the application, candidates can view the Admission List a few weeks later.

Important Information About UEW Undergraduate Admissions in 2023
Candidates that have inconsistent names or images on their registration slips risk being disqualified by the university.
On all registration-related documents, such as their “O” or “A” Level certificates, applicants must use the same name.
For the exercise, applicants MUST be at least sixteen (16) years old.
As long as the results will be accessible when classes resume, applicants who are awaiting the results of their SSCEs or an equivalent exam may still apply for admission.
